Recipe Submission Guidelines
By submitting a recipe, I declare that the article and/or recipe submitted to MovingWithTheMilitary.tv is original and that I, as author or co-author, hold the entire exclusive copyright of the material. If the material is not original, I will clearly note the original source of the material in my submission. If the material is original, I hereby transfer to author Maria Reed and Moving With The Military all rights, including subsidiary rights, for the article and/or recipe. I am hereby relinquishing to Maria Reed and Moving With The Military all control over this material, including the rights to use this material in her blog and/or cookbook publications, to make or authorize reprints, and/or to reproduce the material in other journals, magazines, books, websites and all other electronic and digital media.
I (the author) grant and assign exclusively to Maria Reed and Moving With The Military for its use any and all rights of whatsoever kind now or hereafter protected by the copyright laws of the United States and all foreign countries in all languages in and to the above named article, including all subsidiary rights, and any and all copyright renewals and extensions, in perpetuity.
